This was the day where we did a formal ceremony for the upcoming deployment.
Josh is in front of part of his company. The ceremony had to be held indoors and there wasn't enough room for each company to have all their soldiers in formation.

This is called casing the colors. They cover the Gideon (the company flag) until they get to their next duty station...overseas.
